Official Master Promotion Rules: The Red Barn "No-Peek" Digital Reveal
1. Promotion Period & Key Dates
Distribution Phase: The generation of digital entry codes begins at 12:01 AM on November 1, 2026 and concludes at 11:59 PM on December 31, 2026.
Redemption Phase: The digital prize reveal and redemption phase begins at 8:00 AM on January 1, 2027, and concludes at 8:00 PM on February 14, 2027.
Finality of Deadlines: No redemption codes will be issued after December 31, 2026. No digital vouchers will be honored, opened, or redeemed after the close of business on February 14, 2027.
2. Eligibility & Entry Requirements
Age Restriction: This promotion is open only to legal residents who are 18 years of age or older at the time of purchase. Red Barn General Store cashiers reserve the right to request valid government-issued photo identification to verify an individual’s age prior to validating a digital voucher.
Qualifying Purchase: A customer will receive one (1) unique digital redemption code printed directly on their receipt for any single, unreturned transaction totaling $20.00 or more before sales tax.
Exclusions: Purchases containing lottery tickets, postage stamps, or gift cards do not contribute toward the minimum $20.00 threshold.
Distribution: One (1) redemption code is issued for every qualifying transaction of $20.00 or more before sales tax, with no daily limit.
Bonus Entries: Select promotional items, as posted in store, earn additional redemption codes per item purchased. Bonus codes are issued only when the item is part of a qualifying transaction of $20.00 or more. Splitting a single transaction into multiple smaller transactions at checkout to obtain multiple codes is strictly prohibited.
3. The "No-Peek" Digital Conditions & Guardrails
The Live Reveal Rule: To remain valid, the digital redemption code must not be entered, submitted, or revealed on the app until the customer is physically standing at the checkout counter.
Void Criteria: If a redemption code is determined to have been pre-revealed, activated, or validated away from the store premises or without an active cashier present, the digital voucher immediately becomes completely void.
Confiscation: Red Barn General Store staff are authorized to invalidate and refuse any pre-opened or tampered digital vouchers without payout or alternative compensation.
Live Submission Mandate: The code entry and digital envelope opening must occur exclusively in the direct physical presence of a Red Barn General Store cashier at the checkout counter during the Redemption Phase.
4. Redemption Parameters & Inventory Limits
Frequency Cap: Strictly one (1) digital voucher may be revealed and redeemed per customer, per visit, per day.
Transaction Lock: Any prize revealed inside a validated digital voucher must be claimed during the exact same transaction in which the code is submitted.
Forfeiture Provision (Unclaimed Prizes): Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Any redemption codes that are not brought into the store, entered into the app, and completely processed before the close of business on February 14, 2027, are permanently forfeited. No secondary drawings, alternate distributions, or extensions will occur.
No Cash Value: Redemption codes and digital vouchers have a cash value of 1/100th of a cent. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, alternate store merchandise, store credit, or gift cards. No change or cash back will be provided for under-utilized food or beverage prizes.
5. Prize Pool Structure & Restrictions
Guaranteed Win: Every valid digital voucher contains a prize. There are no losing codes.
Grand Prize Allotment: The "60-Second Shopping Spree" constitutes a single grand prize hidden within the application pool. There will be exactly one (1) Grand Prize winner validated during the promotion period.
The 60-Second Spree Execution: The Grand Prize winner will be given exactly sixty (60) seconds to navigate the store floor and place eligible general store merchandise into a single designated shopping cart. The clock begins on the store official's whistle and stops exactly 60 seconds later.
Regulatory Exclusions: Per state licensing regulations and store safety guidelines, alcohol, tobacco, lottery items, and firearms/ammunition are strictly excluded from the shopping spree.
Quantity Caps: To protect store operations, the winner may grab a maximum of two (2) identical items during the spree.
Deli & Beverage Substitutions: Red Barn General Store reserves the right to substitute any standard deli or beverage prize (e.g., Angus burger combos, chicken sandwiches, sodas, energy drinks) with an item of equal or greater value in the event of an inventory or supply chain shortage.
The Booby Prize Rule: The single, low-tier joke prize in the digital pool carries zero winners. It exists strictly as a thematic element to highlight that every participating customer successfully avoided the worst outcome.
6. Publicity Release & Use of Likeness
Consent to Capture: By participating in this promotion, using the mobile application, or claiming any prize, participants grant Red Barn General Store LLC and its media representatives the absolute, royalty-free right to photograph, film, videotape, or otherwise record them during the digital reveal or redemption process.
Promotional Rights Granted: Participants grant Red Barn General Store LLC a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable license to use, publish, broadcast, or display their legal name, city of residence, photographs, video recordings, and voice across any and all media platforms now known or hereafter developed. This includes, but is not limited to, social media channels, website features, in-store signage, and local print advertisements.
No Compensation or Review: This media and likeness usage requires no further financial compensation, royalties, review, or formal approval from the participant.
The Grand Prize Clause: Acceptance of the Grand Prize 60-Second Shopping Spree is explicitly conditional upon the winner participating in a live-recorded or photographed event of the shopping spree. If a verified winner refuses to be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes, they permanently forfeit the Grand Prize, and it will remain unawarded.
Liability Release: Participants release Red Barn General Store LLC from any and all claims, demands, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with the use of their name, likeness, or image, including any claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or right of publicity.
7. Company Rights & Finality
Final Decisions: All decisions made by Red Barn General Store LLC management and front-line cashiers regarding code validation, digital tampering, age verification, and prize distribution are final, binding, and non-negotiable.
Right to Cancel: Red Barn General Store LLC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this promotion if fraud, app glitches, or digital vulnerabilities compromise the integrity or fairness of the game.
